Famous nollywood star Ramsey Noah hits the scene again in a New Movie titled "Tempting Fate" produced by Kevstel Group and  Kelvin Nwakwor.It sets tell a story about two brothers with different characters.
   Ramey Noah played the role of Ugo Okoye a dangerous robber and had a brother  Edu Okoye who was a musician. Edu Okoye was a loving brother who was ready to go to jail for his brother's Crimes.
