WTF!! IS THIS AN ELEPHANT OR GORILLA ELEPHANT

With the nature of my research i come across so many things,but this i can't really explain.Could this be an ELEPHANT or a GORILLA ELEPHANT.LOL!!! I actually believe in evolution.
             Could it be the EVOLUTION OF AN ELEPHANT ?Am so sure if an elephant was actually like this,it would not have been allowed out of the bush.LOL.
